  • homemade chicken thigh
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the chicken thighs and put them in a saucepan with bay leaves to boiling water.
