Ingredients:

  • 300 g fillet of salted herring
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 0.5 onions
  • 1 small sour apple
  • 70 g of softened butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 0.5-1 tsp of lemon juice

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the herring fillet and onion. Grate the boiled eggs and apple on a fine grater.
