Tastier than sausage and frankfurters: homemade chicken roll with mushrooms
Chicken fillet can be the basis for making delicious chops, salads, and snacks. It can also be used to make delicious, safe frankfurters, sausage, and rolls.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 600 g
- 5 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika, basil (you can take any spices)
- oil – 2 tbsp
- dill, parsley
- cheese – 100 g
- mushrooms – 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, not reaching the end, cover with foil, and beat off with a hammer on both sides.
2. Spread out a baking sleeve, cut it beforehand, and place the pounded fillet. Mix the spices with the oil and brush the fillet on both sides. The filling can be any you like.
3. Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan until golden brown, add salt to taste. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Put the greens, cheese, and mushrooms on the chicken fillet. Roll up the roll, secure the sleeve with ties, and wrap it in foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take the roll-out, open it from the foil and film, and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes and cook until golden brown.
