Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese "Charlotte" with apples, which turns out to be very flavorful.

Pie recipe

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • sugar - 150 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • butter - 120 g
  • cottage cheese - 250 g
  • flour - 240 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • apples - 2 pcs
  • sugar + cinnamon for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

1. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add soft butter and cottage cheese, mix until smooth. Sift the flour, add the baking powder and knead a homogeneous, thick dough.

3. Put the dough into a baking dish, leveling the surface, and add the apple cut into thin slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 45-55 minutes.
