Simple avocado spread in 5 minutes: way better than store-bought

Ingredients:

• ripe avocado - 1 pc
• cream cheese - 100 g
• garlic - 1 clove
• salt - to taste
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• baguette

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the baguette into slices.

2. Put in a baking dish covered with parchment.

3. Put the avocado in the blender bowl.

4. Add cream cheese and garlic.

5. Beat everything.

6. Add spices and lemon juice and mix well again.

7. Spread on a dried baguette.

8. Add a tomato and a lettuce leaf on top.
