Ingredients:
- flour - 500 ml
- kefir - 350 ml
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - to taste
- potatoes
- stewed cabbage
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the dough. Pour flour, a pinch of salt, and baking soda into a deep bowl and add kefir. Knead until it does not stick to your hands. Form the dough into a ball.
2. Make the filling. Boil the potatoes and fry the cabbage with onion in lard.
3. Form the dumplings.
4. Bring water to a boil. Place a large metal sieve on top so that it does not touch the water. Lubricate the sieve with vegetable oil, put the dumplings on it and cover with a lid so that it does not touch the water either. Steam the dumplings for 5-6 minutes, depending on the size.
Serve hot with sour cream!
