If you want to prepare a delicious, hearty and simple salad for a festive table, always choose vegetables and lettuce as the base. They go well with all products.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and satisfying salad made with fresh vegetables, lettuce, and smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
- smoked salmon - 100 g
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- red onion - 1 pc.
- marinated champignons - 100 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- lemon juice - 20 ml
- olive oil - 50 ml
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- mixed lettuce leaves - 25 g
- fresh parsley - 2-3 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into strips. Red onion into thin half rings.
2. Place the washed and dried lettuce leaves on the bottom of a salad bowl or deep plate. Top with vegetables and salt to taste.
3. Cut the marinated champignons into 2 or 4 pieces. Put the chopped mushrooms on top of the vegetables. Add the thinly sliced slices of smoked salmon to the salad and sprinkle with hard grated cheese. Dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice!
