Chicken fillet is a versatile product for making delicious cutlets, appetizers, and chops. It can also be deliciously baked in the oven with spices, cheese, and herbs.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious fillet in a cheese batter and a delicious sauce of herbs and butter.

Meat recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh fillet – 3 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic – 10 g
  • Grated hard cheese (or Parmesan) – 50 g
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Parsley – 20 g

Sauce:

  • Chicken broth (or water) – 180 ml
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Garlic – 10 g
  • Lime (or lemon) juice – 1 tbsp
  • Parsley – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pound the meat, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix the eggs with the garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and grated cheese.

Sauce of herbs and oil

3. Dredge the meat in flour, then in batter and fry until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan.

Cooking fillets

4. Pour in the broth, add the garlic, lime juice, chopped parsley, and butter. Add the meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
