Healthy zucchini casserole with cheese and ham: a recipe for a light dish
If you want to make a very healthy and tasty casserole, choose the simplest vegetables, such as beets, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and zucchini. For a more substantial version, add cheese, fish, or meat.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini or zucchini – 2 pcs
- Salt, pepper
- Breadcrumbs – 150 g
- Parmesan cheese – 100 g
- Oil for the frying
- Ham – 150 g
- Cheese – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini and zucchini into rings.
2. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
3. Grease a baking dish, put half of the vegetables, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Layer the ham, cheese, and other vegetables. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese and drizzle with oil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C until golden brown.
