Delicious mushroom cream soup in 15 minutes: it will turn out very fragrant
Mushroom cream soup is the best autumn dish based on flavorful mushrooms. For a delicate texture, add cream and butter, and for a bright flavor, add wine, garlic, and thyme.

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 600 g
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves
- Onions – 2 pcs
- Fresh thyme – 2-3 sprigs
- White wine – 100 ml
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Vegetable broth (or water) – 800 ml
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
2. Heat the oil and butter in a large saucepan. Sauté the garlic, onion, and mushrooms over medium heat until caramelized for about 10-15 minutes. The longer you cook them, the more intense the flavor will be.
3. Pour in the white wine and cook until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add the flour, mix thoroughly, then pour in the vegetable broth or water. Add the thyme sprigs. Cook the soup over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
4. Remove the thyme sprigs. Pour half of the soup into a blender and blend until smooth. Then return the mixture to the saucepan.
Serve hot, garnished with fried mushrooms and herbs!
