Delicious and beautiful Palermo salad: an easy recipe for a New Year's dish
If you want to make a very tasty, light and effective salad, choose fresh vegetables and herbs for the base. You can add arugula, lettuce, or spinach. Do not forget about a hearty base - seafood, fish, meat, cheese, or jamon.

Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 300 g
- arugula - 80 g
- cherry tomatoes - 12 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- jamon - 70 g
- parmesan cheese - 50 g
The dressing:
- olive oil
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- balsamic vinegar
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the mushrooms and fry them until all the liquid is released. Salt and add the onion cut into half rings. Fry everything until semi-solid.
2. Assemble the salad: put the mushrooms and onions on a plate and top with washed arugula.
3. Cut the cherry into halves and garnish the salad. Cut the jamon in half, twist or slice and put on top randomly.
4. For the dressing, mix Dijon mustard, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the dish and sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.
