Autumn is a time for delicious, light, hot soups. You can make them from vegetables, meat, fish, mushrooms, and cheese. Add healthy turmeric to your soups for a bright flavor!

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, hearty cheese soup with spices, garlic, and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1.2 liters of broth or water
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small or 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 processed cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the vegetables, grate 1/2 of the carrots, fry the chopped onions and carrots.

2. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots and garlic to the boiling broth/water. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked (up to 10 minutes), add the roast, turmeric, salt, chopped processed cheeses to the soup and cook for a few more minutes.

3. Blend the soup thoroughly with a blender. Bring to a boil again.

Serve hot with crackers and cheese!
