Online work is becoming increasingly popular in Ukraine, and one of the most accessible professions is copywriting. The fact is that although writing texts is not as easy as it seems, it is still easier to learn how to do it at a basic level than, for example, to build websites or do programming. Moreover, some companies are willing to pay more than USD 1,200 (UAH 50,000) for such work.

For example, on a popular job search site, you can find a copywriter job with a salary of USD 1,000 to 1,300 (UAH 41,400 to 53,500). A high level of English is a prerequisite.

An international product company, EdTech Company, is looking for an SEO copywriter with a salary of USD 628 to 725 (UAH 26,000 to 30,000). "Writing unique and optimized content (articles) for the company's website, taking into account SEO principles. Work experience as an SEO copywriter or similar positions for at least 2 years," the ad says.

The IT company is ready to pay SEO copywriter from USD 567 to 1040 (UAH 23,500 to 43,120). "Part-time job with hourly pay or based on performance," the job description reads. The requirements include experience in copywriting, basic knowledge of SEO copywriting, and an advanced level of written English.

English teachers are offered about 40 thousand

English teachers can also count on good earnings in Ukraine. The number of such vacancies on HR portals is several hundred, and some employers are willing to pay such specialists up to USD 966 (UAH 40,000).

For example, one of the schools is looking for a teacher with a salary of USD 600 845 (UAH 25,000 to 35,000). They will need to teach English to groups and individuals using the Callan method (full immersion in the language environment).

And an online language school is looking for a teacher with B2-C2 fluency. They are ready to pay from USD 240 to 966 (UAH 10,000 to 40,000).

As reported, in general, in the near future the Ukrainian labor market will be in a rather static state: neither a sharp increase in vacancies nor a surge in dismissals is expected in the main sectors of the economy. However, there are still companies that intend to change the number of employees. And these expectations are negative: they will dismiss employees much more often than they will hire new ones in almost all key areas.
