Namazka is a great appetizer option that will suit both a simple meal and a festive table. The assortment of appetizers is striking in its diversity, but the most favorite among hostesses are always those that are the easiest to prepare.
A food blogger with the nickname alionakarpiuk shared a recipe for this particular spread on Instagram. The spread is much tastier than store-bought, even though it is made from only three ingredients.
Ingredients.
- Carrots – 1-2 pcs
- Boiled egg – 1 pc
- Processed cheeses – 2 pcs
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Spices to taste
Method of preparation
1. Grate the carrots and egg on a small grater.
2. Grate the processed cheese and add it to the carrots.
3. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and any spices to taste. Mix thoroughly.
