Brioche buns for burgers: how to make them at home so they do not differ from the ones you buy

Ingredients
- Cream 30% – 600 ml
- Eggs – 6 pcs
- Live yeast – 40 g
- Salt – 13 gr
- Sugar – 105 gr
- Flour – 1050 g
- Sesame seeds
Ingredients for the greasing
- Yolk – 1 pc
- Milk or cream – 30 ml
Method of preparation
1. Grind the yeast with sugar, add warm cream, salt, eggs, flour, and knead the dough. It will be sticky. Knead for at least 20 minutes until it starts to stick off your hands and the surface.
2. Cover with a towel and leave for 1.5 hours.
3. Divide into balls of 100 grams, you will get +\-20 buns.
4. Put on a baking sheet, cover with foil and leave for 20 minutes.
5. During this time, fry the sesame seeds.
6. Grease the buns with a mixture of egg yolk and cream.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
