- mushrooms - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc
- salt, pepper - to taste
- bacon - 12 slices
- vegetable oil - for lubrication

1. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat (a mixture of chicken and pork), chopped onion, finely chopped mushrooms and egg.

3. Mix the mass thoroughly until smooth.
4. Form medium-sized meat balls from the prepared minced meat.

5. Wrap each ball in a slice of bacon so that it completely covers the surface.
6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or grease it with oil.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
