Potatoes can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is because it is a product that can be the basis for preparing almost any first, second course and even an appetizer.

How to cook baked potatoes deliciously

Cook Olga shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with parmesan, spices and olive oil for dinner.

Tip: to make the potatoes soft, you need to boil them first and then bake them!

Potato recipe

Ingredients:

  • small potatoes - 1 kg
  • Parmesan cheese - 100 g
  • olive oil - 3-4 tbsp.
  • spices: paprika, onion, red pepper and curry - to taste
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes well and cook for 15-20 minutes.

2. Cut in half, add spices, mix.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the baking sheet and sprinkle generously with Parmesan. Place the potatoes on top, cut side down, directly on the Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil (you can also add your favorite spices), and bake at 200 C until golden crisp.
