Ingredients for the dough
- Pumpkin, grated on a fine grater - 140 g
- Pepsi - 80 ml
- Sugar - 220 g
- Oil - 130 ml
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Flour - 230 g
- Baking powder - 2 tsp
- Lemon zest - 1 pc
- Vanillin - 1 gram
Ingredients for the cream
- Cream cheese - 100 gr
- Cream - 30 ml
- Powdered sugar - 15 g
Ingredients for the glaze
- Milk chocolate - 200 gr
- Dark chocolate - 100 gr
- Butter - 40 ml
Method of preparation
1. Beat eggs with sugar for five minutes.
2. Add the oil, zest, finely grated pumpkin and Pepsi. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla. Knead again.
4. Put the dough into a muffin tin. Bake for about an hour at 175 degrees.
5. During this time, prepare the cream. Combine and beat everything until smooth.
6. Let the cake cool and chop it by hand.
7. Add the cream, but a little at a time, watching the consistency of the mass so that it holds its shape well.
8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave in pulses.
