Zucchini tortilla with cheese filling for dinner: we share an original recipe for a delicious dish
Zucchini is the most budget-friendly, easy-to-cook and healthy vegetable that can be the basis for salads, as well as pancakes, fritters and stews. They also make a healthy casserole, pizza, barbecue, and caviar.
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Dill, green onions - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze the juice well.
2. Add the egg, flour, salt, pepper, spices to the zucchini and mix well. Add milk to the zucchini mixture and mix again until smooth. Chop the herbs and grate the cheese, mix with the cottage cheese, herbs and cheese.
3. Put the zucchini mixture on a preheated frying pan and shape it into a pancake. Immediately put the cheese filling and fold the pancake in half and fry under the lid for 5 minutes on each side.
