Refrigerator
It is best to use the refrigerator to defrost the meat, otherwise it will be dried out after cooking. Put it in a suitable container and leave it on the bottom shelf.
A saucepan and vinegar
Put the meat in a bag, then in a saucepan and cover with cold water, add a tablespoon of vinegar, and leave for 20 minutes. After that, you can cook meat dishes.
Cold water
If you want to get a flavorful, rich broth and you're making it from frozen fillets, you can cover the frozen fillets with cold water and cook them right away.
Boiling water
If you are cooking the fillet only for salad, then you can pour boiling water over it. This way, the chicken will cook quickly on the outside and retain all the juices inside!
