Almost everyone loves soups and everyone knows how to cook them. Sometimes only 2-3 ingredients are enough to make soups. But sometimes even a simple dish like soup can be easily spoiled.
The nutritionist shared on Instagram how to cook soups properly and from what to make them healthy.
How to make soup healthy:
1. Cook soups in low-fat broth (add celery, parsley root to the broth), and without frying carrots and onions.
2. The soup should be thick with vegetables, but it is ideal if the vegetables are cooked al dente. Add more different vegetables to your soups.
3. Sometimes cook pureed vegetable soups, and it is better not to add cream and butter.
4. Add beans and cereals to the soup, they increase the nutritional value of the dish.
5. Be sure to add fresh or frozen herbs to your soups.
6. Add dried herbs, turmeric, a mixture of peppers to soups; you need more aromatic spices and less salt.
