Ingredients:
- 1 chicken thigh fillet
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cocktail tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- some Chinese cabbage or finely chopped white cabbage (salted and mashed)
- sour cream
- 1-1.5 tsp of wine vinegar
- mozzarella or sulguni cheese
- Himalayan Red salt
- spicy nut paste
- pita bread
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over for 1 minute, and drain. Then add wine vinegar.
2. Cut the fillet into 1 cm wide strips and rub with Himalayan Red salt.
3. Put in a preheated pan, add a little oil and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add nut paste to sour cream and mix well. The paste contains cayenne pepper, paprika, nuts, garlic, coriander and other spices that will make the sauce spicy and delicious.
5. Put the following on top of pita bread: sauce, cheese, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onion, meat, sauce, andcheese. Wrap and fry over medium heat on both sides.
