Without milk, eggs and kefir: fluffy lean homemade pancakes that always turn out well
Pancakes are an ideal alternative to pies and even bread. When making pancakes, the most important thing is to make a good dough, which determines the taste and structure of the dish.
- live yeast - 25 g
- warm water - 500 ml
- flour - 540 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp + for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm (not hot) water, mix. Leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes to start the reaction.
2. Add salt and oil and mix with a whisk until smooth. Sift the flour and knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour.
3. Fry on both sides over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
