If you have leftover boiled rice from yesterday and no one wants to eat it, don't rush to throw it away. You can save it. Namely, you can make a very tasty and at the same time basic dish that everyone will definitely like.

Famous Ukrainian chef Vadym Brzezynskyi (pava vb) shared his tips on how to cook yesterday's boiled rice on Instagram. You just need to fry the cereal in a frying pan with a few delicious ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • yesterday's boiled rice - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • chili flakes - 1/3 tsp.
  • teriyaki or urani sauce - 100 ml.
  • fish sauce - 15 ml.
  • green onions - 20 g
  • parsley - 20 g
  • lemon juice and zest - 1 tsp.
  • dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. -Fry chicken in sunflower oil, then add rice and fry for 5 minutes.

2. At this stage, you can add the beaten egg and fry for 3 minutes.

3. Mix dry garlic, teriyaki, chili pepper and add to the rice.

4. Cook for another minute.

5. At the very end, add chopped green onions, parsley, lemon juice, and zest, mix everything thoroughly, and you can enjoy your rice.
