What to cook with pita bread for a hearty and quick dinner: a recipe for 100 UAH
Pita bread is an ideal product for making appetizers and can also be an alternative to dough when making pies and cakes.
- pita bread - 2 pcs
- chicken fillet - 600 g
- large tomatoes - 2 pcs
- mushrooms - 200 g
- olives - 100-150 g
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- tomato sauce - 5-6 tbsp
- spices for chicken
- hard cheese - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown with spices until tender. Cut into cubes.
2. Spread the pita bread with sour cream and tomato sauce. Top with chicken, chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.
3. Sprinkle with olives or olives, wrap in a roll. Cut into portions and place on a baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
