Ingredients:

  • minced meat (I've got veal) - 500 g
  • dill
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper, paprika - to taste.
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 200 g
  • mushroom - 6 pcs.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add one fried onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to the minced meat.

2. Mix everything.

3. Form balls and place on parchment.

4. Use a glass to squeeze out the center.

5. Add mayonnaise or sour cream, and chopped onion in half-ring.

6. Then put the sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.

7. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. Then add grated hard cheese and leave in the oven for another 7 minutes.
