- sour cream or heavy cream – 6-8 tbsp
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- semolina – 3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- salt – a pinch
- raisins – 25 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the raisins.
2. Stir and beat with a blender until smooth.
3. Put the mass into a heat-resistant mold greased with butter.
4. Flatten and place in a preheated 110-degree oven for 30 minutes.
5. Then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
