Ingredients:
- lightly salted trout/salmon - 200 g
- boiled shrimps - 200 g
- processed cheese - 3 bars
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- green onion
- red caviar - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into small cubes and shrimp into small pieces. Grate the potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater and chop the green onions finely.
2. Layer the salad: green onions, 1/2 of all fish, mayonnaise, 1/2 grated potatoes, mayonnaise, 1/2 shrimp, mayonnaise, 1/2 grated cheese, and mayonnaise. Repeat.
3. Garnish the salad with caviar and let it sit for several hours.
