To make the chicken broth clear and tasty, culinary experts advise that you collect the foam during cooking. It is worth noting that all parts of chicken are suitable for broth, but it is better to use homemade chicken.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious chicken broth with carrots, onions, and celery on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- homemade chicken thigh
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- celery - 1 stalk
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- pasta "spider web"
- green onions or parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken thighs and put them in a saucepan with bay leaves to boiling water.
2. Fry the carrots and onions, cutting them in half, but do not peel them. Tear the celery stalk into pieces and add to the broth.
3. Remove the foam and simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Add spices.
4. Optionally, you can strain the broth through cheesecloth or a strainer with paper towels.
5. Cook the pasta separately, chop the chicken, and then pour in the broth and add the herbs.
