Warm salad with chicken and vegetables: how to cook a delicious dish quickly and easily
Over the past decade, warm salads have gained considerable popularity in Ukraine. They are tasty, nutritious, and look very good. They are also quite easy to prepare and, as a rule, they are practically dietary.
A food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova shared a recipe for a warm salad with chicken and vegetables on Instagram. This dish can be prepared without much effort, and even a beginner can handle it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Oil - for frying
- Lettuce leaves
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 gr
- Bell pepper - 1 pc
- Balsamic sauce - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation.
1. Cut the chicken into thin slices, add soy sauce and black pepper. Mix and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Put lettuce leaves, and halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, and pour 1 tbsp of balsamic sauce and olive oil over the plate.
3. Fry the chicken fillet in a little oil until golden brown and remove from the pan.
4. Add the chopped bell pepper to the same pan and fry for a few minutes to keep it slightly crisp.
5. Put the warm chicken and fried peppers on the tomatoes, pour over the balsamic sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Serve warm to the table.
