Warm potato salad for dinner: how to cook a hearty dish
Potatoes are an ideal product for making delicious mashed potatoes, soups, and can also be baked with meat, vegetables, cheese, and mushrooms. Potatoes can also be used to make a delicious salad by adding baked vegetables, herring, fillets, and baked mackerel.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and hearty warm potato salad with asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- New potatoes - 500 g
- Asparagus - 400 g
- Purple onion - 1 pc (can be pickled, it will be even tastier)
- Cherry tomatoes - 10-15 pcs.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt/pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes after boiling water.
2. Wash, peel, and cut the asparagus into small pieces.
3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, place the asparagus and sliced potatoes. Brush with olive oil, and salt and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the onion in half rings, add the baked asparagus and potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, teriyaki sauce, and mix thoroughly.
