Vinegret in a new way: how to properly prepare vegetables for a salad to make it healthy
Vinegret is the simplest and most budget-friendly salad made from healthy vegetables that you always have on hand. To make the Vinegret tasty, add onions, mushrooms, herring, chickpeas, beans, herbs, sauerkraut, olives, and capers.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious Vinegret with chickpeas and green peas on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- beetroot
- carrot
- potatoes
- beans/chickpeas
- green peas
- pickles
- onions
- capers
- aromatic oil
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the vegetables, pour over with oil, and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.
2. Chop the cucumbers and onions, add the baked vegetables, drizzle with oil, add salt, and mix. Pour in the chickpeas and peas and mix again.
