Very juicy and tender: the best one-ingredient marinade for chicken meat
Very often, chicken meat after baking is not as juicy as we would like. To make it juicy, be sure to marinate it well in kefir, adding garlic, lemon, and spices.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked chicken in a kefir marinade on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh fillet - 500-700 g
- Kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
- Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tbsp. l
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp. without a slide
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Rosemary - a few sprigs
- Salt and pepper
For baking:
- Lemon - 1/2 pc.
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Thyme - 5-6 sprigs
- Ground pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together with the kefir.
2. Marinate the chicken, be sure to cover the container with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Then take out the chicken, put it in a baking dish, add lemon, rosemary sprigs, thyme, and sprinkle with ground pepper.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees!
