  • puff pastry - 250 g
  • egg - for greasing
  • cream cheese - 75 g
  • pollock caviar - 75 g
  • spinach
  • Cucumber

Method of preparation

1. Cut the dough into triangles and form mini croissants.

2. Brush with egg and bake.

3. Combine cream cheese with caviar and fill a pastry bag with the mixture.

4. Cut the croissants lengthwise and put a spinach leaf in each.

5. Top with the mixture from the bag and a cucumber slice rolled into a tube.

6. Pierce through with a toothpick and serve.

  • egg - 1 pc
  • milk - 200 ml

  • cream cheese - 150 g
  • salmon caviar - 40 g

Method of preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients for the pancakes in a deep bowl and beat with a blender until smooth.

2. Fry the pancakes on both sides.

3. Grease the pancakes with cream cheese and divide each into 2 parts.

4. Roll each part of the pancake into a "snail" and secure with a toothpick.

5. Top with cream cheese and caviar.

  • baguette - 5-6 pieces
  • avocado - 1 pc
  • cream cheese - 50 g
  • dill - 1-2 sprigs
  • spinach - 6 leaves
  • cucumber
  • salmon caviar

Method of preparation

1. Mix cream cheese, avocado and dill in a blender until smooth.

2. Grease the fried baguette slices with the mixture.

3. Slice the cucumber and roll it into a tube. Put each on baguette slices and add caviar.
