Beetroot salad is always a good option, as this vegetable is full of vitamins and nutrients. And they are exactly what our body needs, especially at the end of winter.
A food blogger with the nickname cook with me at home shared how to make a beetroot salad without accidentally turning it into a Vinaigrette on Instagram. It consists of simple ingredients, so it is quite budget-friendly.
Ingredients
- beetroot - 750 g
- peas - 300 g
- pickled cucumbers - 300 g
- processed cheese - 280 g
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise - 5-6 tbsp
- garlic - 8-10 cloves
Method of preparation.
1. Cut boiled beets, cucumbers and processed chees into small cubes.
2. Drain the peas and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
3. Squeeze garlic, add to the mayonnaise, stir until smooth and add to the salad.
4. Mix and serve.
