Thin pancakes that don't tear: what to add to the dough
Homemade pancakes can be made with water, sour cream, kefir, or even water. To prevent them from tearing, cooks advise adding vegetable oil and melted butter to the dough.
Ingredients for the dough:
- eggs - 4 pcs
- flour - 5-7 tbsp
- milk - 1.5 tbsp
- sugar - 3-4 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- cottage cheese 5% + powdered sugar
- poppy seed filling
- 400 grams of cherries + 20 grams of starch + sugar to taste, mix everything and cook a little in a saucepan
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs, mix with a whisk. Add the flour and pour in the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Pour in all the milk, stir until smooth and pour in the vegetable oil, stir.
2. Fry thin pancakes on both sides until cooked.
3. Form the pancakes.
