Thick tomato soup with dumplings: a recipe for a budget dish for the whole family

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious veal soup with vegetables, green onions, and dumplings.
Ingredients:
- veal (other meat can be used) - 350 g
- butter - 10 g
- oil - 10 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- a bunch of green onions
- garlic - 1 clove
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- water
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
For the biscuits:
- flour - 80 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Dice and fry meat.
2. Add vegetables, tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour water and cook under the lid.
3. Mix flour with an egg and salt, roll out the dough and cut into small pieces. Add dumplings and cook under the lid.
Add herbs when serving!
