The cook shared a recipe for delicious buckwheat with chicken hearts and vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Buckwheat – 1 cup
- Water – 3 cups
- Carrots – 2 pcs
- Onion – 1 pc
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Chicken hearts – 700 g
- Chili pepper – to taste
- Peeled tomatoes – 2 pcs (or half a can of canned tomatoes)
- Spices – to taste (salt, pepper, herbs of Provence)
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the hearts in vegetable oil (a small amount because the hearts will let the juice out).
2. Fry the hearts first until the liquid evaporates (then a few more minutes until golden). Then add the garlic and onion and stir. Add carrots (the more carrots, the more tender the dish will be).
3. Then add more chili pepper and tomatoes, mix everything thoroughly, add buckwheat, cover with water, and cover. Simmer until the buckwheat is tender.
