The most delicious pickled champignons without the hassle: serve hot
Champignons are the best mushrooms for pickling. They do not require long cleaning and heat treatment. Regular soy sauce and spices will perfectly complement the taste of this product.
The idea of cooking marinated baked champignons was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Anisimova. It is best served hot.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms – 500 g
- soy sauce – 5 tbsp
- oil – 3 tbsp
- salt, sugar as desired, it depends on the taste of soy sauce
- spices: smoked paprika, marjoram, oregano
- balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp (can be without)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the mushrooms thoroughly.
2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients.
3. Pour the mushrooms into the prepared marinade.
4. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
6. Pour the mushrooms on a baking sheet or mold.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
8. Add a little balsamic vinegar 5 minutes before the end of baking.
9. Serve warm with fresh herbs.
