The most delicious New Year's tangerine dessert: no need to bake anything
One of the tastiest and easiest homemade desserts to make is panna cotta. You can make it with different flavors by adding berries, chocolate, vanilla, chocolate, or condensed milk.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and bright tangerine panna cotta on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 7 g of gelatin
- 50 ml of water
- 400 ml of 15-20% cream (or higher)
- 70-80 g of icing sugar
- vanilla/vanilla extract
- tangerines
- 1 sachet of orange/tangerine jelly
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Pour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat (do not boil). Add the gelatin mass and stir until it is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the creamy mass into molds and refrigerate until completely set.
4. Then lay out the tangerines and pour the fruit jelly over.
