Tastier than sushi: egg roll with crab sticks, cream cheese and cucumber

Crab sticks are one of the simplest and most versatile products that can be the basis for salads and appetizers. However, it is very important to choose a quality product for your dishes.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious egg roll with crab sticks and cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• 5 eggs
• 2 tbsp of sour cream
• salt
• 200 g of crab sticks
• 100 g of cream cheese
• 1 cucumber

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt – pour on parchment, bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.

2. Disassemble the crab sticks into fibers, and combine them with cream cheese.

3. Chill the egg crust, spread it with the filling, put the cucumber inside and roll it up.

4. Chill the roll for 1 hour, cut into portions, and serve with soy sauce!
