Ingredients:
- lightly salted herring - 250-300 g
- boiled red beets - 1 pc.
- red onion half
- canned peas
- oil
- greens as desired
- salt and pepper
Marinade for onions:
- salt 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- vinegar 1 tsp
- half a cup of water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the red onion into half rings and add salt, sugar, vinegar, and water, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the herring and pre-boiled beets into bars.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and add salt and black pepper, mix thoroughly.
