The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very light, tasty "envelopes" with cheese and herbs.
Ingredients:
- pita bread – 2 large sheets
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- hard cheese – 180 g
- egg – 2 pcs
- tomato – 1 pc
- dill
- salt, spices
For the greasing:
- egg – 2 pcs
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with hard cheese, add egg, chopped dill, salt, pepper, and tomato.
2. Put the filling in the pita bread, roll it up like an envelope.
3. Dip in the egg mixture, place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 15 minutes at 190-200°C.
