Cutlets can be made not only from meat and fish, but also from vegetables, crab sticks, buckwheat, liver, and legumes. Beans will be a great option, as they make very hearty cutlets.

A cook shared a recipe for delicious bean cutlets with carrots and spices on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • beans - 500 g
  • carrots - 1 p
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • Provence herb mix - 1 tsp
  • flour or breadcrumbs for breading
  • oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beans until tender. Put them in a blender, salt, add Provencal herbs and beat.

2. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry the onion until golden brown in vegetable oil and then add the carrots.

3. Combine the bean mixture with the roast and form balls with wet hands. Roll in flour or breadcrumbs.

4. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat.
