Tastier than meat: juicy and soft liver cutlets for dinner
Cutlets can be made not only from meat, but also from legumes, rice, mushrooms, liver, fish, and crab sticks. If you want the cutlets to be juicy, add grated vegetables and grated hard cheese.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, juicy chicken liver cutlets with fried chicken and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver – 500 g
- Onion – 0.5 pcs.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, paprika – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a small grater. Fry them a little.
2. Finely chop the chicken liver, add the roast, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, flour, sour cream and mix everything.
3. Put the frying pan on medium heat and put the cutlets, fry on both sides until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes under the lid closed.
