If you have minced meat and waffles, you can prepare a hearty dish for a snack, lunch or even dinner in just 10 minutes. These are light, juicy and very satisfying brizoles.

Ingredients:
- Minced meat – 500 g (pork-beef)
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Waffle cakes – 6 pcs. (there are already portioned, small ones, they are more convenient because you do not need to cut)
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Milk – 2-3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Add the finely grated onion to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Add herbs, cheese or vegetables if desired.

2. Spread the minced meat filling on the waffles in a thin layer. Cover with another waffle and cut into pieces.

3. Beat eggs with milk.
