- minced meat
- bulgur/rice

- garlic
- tomatoes
- bay leaf
- salt, pepper, sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat, boiled cereals, fried onions and carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Then prepare the roast.
3. No need to steam the cabbage. Stuff it with minced meat, put it in a baking dish, pour the roast with tomatoes and cook in the oven at 180 C.
