Tastier and healthier than fish: fried scallops with fruit salsa
Scallops are a very tasty and healthy product that can be prepared simply by frying with oil. They can also be deliciously baked or boiled.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious fried scallops with mango salsa on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- scallops
- garlic
- thyme
- oil
salsa
- mango
- avocado
- red onions
- tomatoes
- salt, pepper, soy sauce
- chili pepper
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the scallops, tear off the feet, and put on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil and add garlic and thyme. Then remove and throw in the scallops, frying each on both sides for 1.5 minutes.
3. Cut all the ingredients for the salsa into small cubes and pour lemon juice over.
4. Serve the scallops with salsa hot, it will be delicious!
