Beetroot is an ideal vegetable for making delicious, light, and healthy salads, appetizers, and sauces. It is worth noting that for salads, it is better to bake beets in the oven in foil instead of boiling them, as they will be much healthier and tastier.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very light and tasty beetroot salad with hard cheese and boiled eggs.
Ingredients:
- Beets - 3 pcs.
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater together with hard cheese and boiled eggs, and put them in a bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mix well.
