Ingredients:
- 150g flour
- 220g of warm milk
- 3 eggs

- 150g fresh or thawed spinach
- 25g of butter
For the filling:
- cream cheese + caviar
- cream cheese + lightly salted red fish
Method of preparation:
1. Pour warm milk into a blender, add flour, break eggs, add a piece of butter, add salt, and a little sugar. Blend everything into a homogeneous mass.
2. Fry the crepes over low heat. About 1 minute on one side, and another 30 seconds on the other.
