If you want to make delicious crepes, add spinach to the dough for a bright color. And for the filling, you can take any food you like.

The chef shared a recipe for delicious spinach crepes with red caviar and fish on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 150g flour
  • 220g of warm milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and sugar
  • 150g fresh or thawed spinach
  • 25g of butter

For the filling:

  • cream cheese + caviar
  • cream cheese + lightly salted red fish

Method of preparation:

1. Pour warm milk into a blender, add flour, break eggs, add a piece of butter, add salt, and a little sugar. Blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

2. Fry the crepes over low heat. About 1 minute on one side, and another 30 seconds on the other.

3. Different fillings are suitable, cream cheese, some herbs, and fish or caviar will be delicious.
